Summary: Optimizer crashes on OS X

Initial Comment:
Every time I try to run the optimizer with hugin 0.5 on
OS X (10.4.4 12" powerbook), it crashes the program.
Selection of the control points is done and works fine,
but after that I'm stuck due to the crash.
