I'm using boost 1.33, that came with darwinports.

Well, I have tried on a machine with darwinports. The settings are tuned for
 this configuration. I have also just reworked the install2bundle.sh script,
so that the target and destination can be given on the command line.

I'll update the CVS in a few minutes.
