Hal,

I'm running hugin 0.5beta3 on a intel wxp machine with all service packs
and on an older amd w2k which lacks a lot of service packages. On both
machines it's very stable and i had only a few chrashes.

On older hugin versions it helped to switch of "Auto" in the preview
and to do a save quite often. So this is still my kind of working
behavior. Maybe this kind of behavior has an impact on the stability of
newer hugin versions too?!
