Donal,

I'm running exactly the same configuration.

>1.	TIF input generates repeated screen message "Image: Unknown field
>with tag 34665 (0 x 8769) encountered". Despite this, Hugin appears to run

Never tried this.

>2.	Output to 'Multiple TIF' creates output (warped) of first input
>image only.

Sure? Did you tried to specify just the namebase (without any extension) when
asked for the target name? Works fine for me, except there will be an
additional null file with just the basename created. But the Tiff's are fine.
Make sure you're target directory path contains no dot ".".

>3.	Not possible to output to 'Layered PSD' from any tried input format.
>Screen message says "Unsupported file format, using jpg", whether input
>format is JPG, TIF or PSD.

Tried this a few days ago. I'm not sure, if I specified a filename extension
(.psd) or just the blank basename. The resulting PSD file was complete with
layers.

>4.	As mentioned by others, named output files to designated folder
>produces 0byte dummy file only. Proper output file is sent to a default
>folder (not user selected) but without a file name.

It needs to be allways the project folder, as far as I checked this out.

best, mike
