[ptx] hugin output formats

I've encountered a few problems with hugin 0.4 with Panorama Tools 2.6.ML12,
when running on Windows 2K.

 

1.	TIF input generates repeated screen message "Image: Unknown field
with tag 34665 (0 x 8769) encountered".  Despite this, Hugin appears to run
successfully, producing single image outputs only. 
2.	Output to 'Multiple TIF' creates output (warped) of first input
image only. 
3.	Not possible to output to 'Layered PSD' from any tried input format.
Screen message says "Unsupported file format, using jpg", whether input
format is JPG, TIF or PSD. 
4.	As mentioned by others, named output files to designated folder
produces 0byte dummy file only.  Proper output file is sent to a default
folder (not user selected) but without a file name. 

 

Despite above, Hugin is a great tool for those of us who are more
photographers than computer experts.  An excellent resource thanks!
