Outlines in Panorama Preview?

In addition to the image visibility toggles for the previewer, I suggest
two new buttons:
Show Outlines
Current Images Only
The "Show Outlines" button should be a toggle, and on by default. After
painting all of the visible images, if this option is set, then a
polygon of gray or white outlines should be drawn around each of the
images. This can help get a sense of the image when they overlap in
complex ways.
The "Current Images Only" should be a toggle, and off by default. When
turned on, then only the two images currently seen in the Control Points
tab are visible. Switching those images in the Control Points tab
should automatically change the visibility in the preview. This way,
you can see where you are working in the panorama at all times. Of
course, this is more useful once you've been through the optimizer
enough that the images are at least partially positioned in the
previewer, since before that point, they are all in the same place or in
pathological positions.
