control point picker & list fixes

Nice improvement, Pablo!!!!

I just had the time to give the new picker a short try. It seems to be, that
the mismatches while working in fit to screen mode came from non-exact
placement of the first point. I tried some of my candidates that failed last
time with the new zoom function and used the zoomed in view to place the
first point more exactly on most contrasting corners - and it worked
perfectly :-)
I will give it a second try later on a night pano, that should be more
difficult for the algo.

What's about zooming and centering both windows around the point, if a
control point pair is double clicked in the control point bar at the bottom?

I don't know if I really like the way manual picking works in the moment.
Both wondos are zoomin back out when the second point is picked - not a good
control if your second pick was correctly placed?! I would prefer to pick a
button/hit blank/or something else to return to fit-to-screen view?! What are
the others thinking about? That will work smarter together with a key (maybe
Eneter or Blank) to finally add the point and then return to fit-to-sreen
view.

Overall I really like the way to work with aft like it actually is - really
fast, reliable and intuitve - congrats :-)

best, mike
