Hi,
  yes, I am reading the "windows_dot_net_compile.txt" file.
  By the way, you said that vigra is not a lib, but when I 
use mingw and msys to compile it, I get the library vigraimpex.lib.
  Do you solve the pano12 release problem?
  I will use mingw and vs.net to compile hugin under windows for testing.
