ups. I just noticed that auto estimage needs a second click on the first
image, even if 100% zoom is on. Fixed in current cvs.

good idea. just added that feature.

I also fixed a bad bug, where the auto fine tune, auto add, auto estimate
could lead to the points that were just estimated, but not fine tuned.
