[ptx] Feature request: Aligning pictures over time

If you select "Multiple TIFF" output, then you get one TIFF for each 
input photo which solves this problem.

Though I agree it would be useful to 'unselect' pictures to 
temporarily remove them from stitching (and from optimisation).
