[ptx] list admin

Hi all,

As we have to move from the email-lists.org server sometime, I have created
a google group that we can move to.

Please do not subscribe yet, I'm just asking for opinions.

If nobody has problems with google groups, I can transfer the current
subscription to the google list. The digest status will also be transferred,
so people who read the ptx list in digest mode will also read the google
group in digest mode.

Any comments?
