[ptx] Looking 4 win32 binaries of fulla (4 TCA Correction)

Hi, I am trying to correct the TCA of my Peleng-shots and found the 
tutorial of  Pablo d'Angelo and Bruno Postle and the announcement of 
fulla within hugin 0.6.But I am not able to find the win binaries of 
fulla. Anyone who can help?
