[ptx] Panoglview buildsystem

I have made some fixes to the buildsystem of panoglview:
Removed autogenerated files, adapted bootstrap from hugin.
Use wx-config instead of wxgtkd-2.4-config.
CXXFLAGS is respected.
Removed undistributable file panoglplugin.h.
Make sure all files have newline at EOF.
