I downloaded the files and simply ran the optimiser, your control
points produced a good alignment.

It looks like you had everything aligned at some point, then tried
to shift the output horizontally by editing the yaw of the first
image manually.

You need to re-run the optimiser whenever you make a change like
this.

The same effect (of getting the images in the middle of the output)
can be achieved by hitting the 'center' button on the preview
window.
