[ptx] New build of HuginOSX with many new features

Hi everyone,

New build of HuginOSX is out. Although not much hugin codes are 
changed, this build is a big milestone for HuginOSX as wxMac has been 
updated to 2.6.0. Also probably this should be the last build before 
Tiger.

Two days ago, I worked on the wxMac's bug that has been forcing 
HuginOSX to use old version of wxWidgets. Now with a small patch, 
wxMac2.6.0 works with hugin. This brings not only huge stability 
improvements, but also things did not work with wxMac2.5.1. (2.5.1 was 
in the early stage of post 2.4 development, and 2.6 is the resulting 
stable release of long development.) Toolbar and Internationalisation 
should be obvious change to those who had big problem with preview 
window or English.

As Tiger, the new version of the operating system, is coming within a 
day, this build should be the last build on the current Panther. I have 
not decided yet, but probably I will use optimisation available for 
Tiger and G4 as much as possible including autovectorisation comes with 
new GCC4. This would eventually cut G3 users from the future builds but 
hopefully brings big speed improvement on the processors with 
Altivec/Velocity Engine SIMD module. I'm not sure whether newer build 
would keep Panther compatibility or not.
