If PTOptimizer is in the path you should be able to do something like:
PTOptimizer /some/path-to/some.pto
The pto file can be one created by hugin just make sure the FOV is <160. When
running on the command line like this if the library is seg faulting or
bombing out some how you will see the error message(s). If you don't see any
error messages then the problem is perhaps something else. But this is the
first thing you should try since it will give you additional information
about what is going on.
