[ptx] Compile Hugin on Ubuntu : Error on compiling libpano

On my system it is here:

/usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux/3.4.4/include/gcj/libgcj-config.h (provided by
same libgcj5-dev package that gives us jni.h in the first place)

And pano12 compiled fine for me... Paul is also using ubuntu, like me,
and he has libgcj5-dev package installed, just like I do, so I don't
know why this isn't working for him.
