[ptx] No images shown in interface

What seems  suspicious to me is  the small cached images  that get weird
negative height and width.

Anyone is working on this ?

Debugging on linux is real PITA, insight is simply not usable, gdb alone
is... ahum, has someone some beautiful and fully functionnal debugger on
GNU/linux based systems i could use to debug this ? (i prefer GTK+ based
apps)
