[ptx] Pano12.dll

I just in stalled hugin .5 beta3 on a window 2000pro with 1 gig of 
memory.  When I attempted to run hugin I get a message that file 
pano12.dll cannot be found.  I searched my hard drives and pano12.dll is 
not on them.  Where can I get a copy of the pano12.dll file?
