I did basically the same thing only I found that most of this stuff was
already on my machine having been installed as part of the
emul-linux-x86-baselibs ebuild. The only x86 libraries I needed were
libpano12, Libtiff and libpng.so.2. So I now have PTStitcher working and I
just did my first stitch with it.
