building mono with fink is not that painful, but contains the error 
also :(

yep, building the gtk stuff for gtk-sharp _is_ a pain (took me about 4 
days of downloading and compiling on my iBook G4!
Aaaand finally does still not show any gui elements on autopanog.exe, 
but its enough to run generatekeys.exe and autopano.exe

there was still a problem with boost that prevents compiling from the 
command line and to be honest I'm not an expert in XCode,
so I'm not sure about a new try to build (and package!) it by myself...
