Hi

I've just commited some bugfixes to the cvs.

1. multiselection in the control point list, by hand and by ctrl. point
   error
2. automatic panorama FOV calc didn't work with nonzero d and e parameters.
3. more digits in the edit fields
4. no more lexical_cast messages
5. splashscreen always closes as soon as possible
6. PSD and PSD_m output targets selectable again.. I wondered that
   nobody reported that.
7. dragging existing control points should work in all cases now.

Code is in CVS, and a windows snapshot is available.
