Yes, panotools on sourceforge contains all changes, except some work I
started with the 16 bit version of the Fourier plugin.
The Windows binary on my site contains all changes including the work on
16bit Fourier.
Unexplained by my ISP yet, my site is currently not available. I have
been away for a few days, and just found out. I hope to have an answer
soon.

I have from Fulvio a copy of his current changes that I have not had
time to compare. In the coming days I will post an updated version.
And will post one to sourceforge. The one on sourceforge will have
limited FoV for fisheye lenses. This is the main reason for not hosting
them there in the first place. Links to versions with increased FoV
would also be useful. I'll continue hosting the Windows version. Well,
when my ISP tells me what is going on.
