I was planing to do that sometime, but I never had the time to implement it.
I have only written two small routines to save/load the lens parameters in
an ini file.
Since Thomas Niemann has written the PTLens photoshop plugin in C, his code
to read and interpolate the lens parameters could be easily added to hugin I
hope. (If he allows us to do so).
