[ptx] GIMP import of PSD

Btw: I've tried this with every panotools debs and rpm I can find, and 
either it doesn't work at all, or the masks aren't right -- no mask and the 
layers have no transparency. I went back and tried it with gimp1.2 and that 
didn't seem to help anything.
