I have duplicated this bug when stitching a 360 deg Panorama. On closer
investigation the problem appears to be with Nona, and not with enblend.
Stitching using Nona multiple Tiff creates an image that is one pixel column
wider than the image created using PTStitcher. The pixel column is at the far
right hand side of the image and is clear (when opened in GIMP), but shows up as
a black line in the TIFF file created by enblend. Removing the one column in the
image created by enblend, or in the Nona-created multiple Tiff image, fixes the
problem.

The correct solution would be to modify Nona so that it does NOT create a
multiple tiff image that has an extra column of pixels.
