Summary: projection / panorama combobox

Initial Comment:
the projection combobox in the Optimizer tab seems
dependent on the panorama in the Stitcher tab. This
means you must change it's value in the Stitcher tab.
If you change it in the Optimizer tab, it keeps
reverting to the Stitcher tab value.
