[ptx] hugin build with the latest wxWindows, vigra and fftw

Didn't want to do that because:
-wxBitmap has a second Parameter(default=bit depth of display)
-the commenting-out is just a quirk to get it compiled,
-missing/nonfunctioning memberfunctions: i do not have the solution
--> function may be broken

and at least: never done patches before, just applying them,
i will have a look, sorry for the inconvinience :)

.. and installed vigra in /usr/local for the shared libs...
-> hugin/configure just calls vigra-config without special path again
