strange.. worked for me booth for linux & win32 (but did it some time ago).

I'll see if I can merge the stuff. Next time, please send a patch, makes
it a lot easier for me.

vigra needs the old fftw 2, as does autopano.. It should be possible to
install both versions at the same time.
