[ptx] autooptimize in current cvs

Pablo,

	I'm using Bruno's RPMs for hugin and I notice that with the new
auto-optimize option that if I select 'custom parameters' hugin crashes
with this debug message:

hugin: OptimizePanel.cpp:367: void
OptimizePanel::OnChangeMode(wxCommandEvent&): Assertion `mode >= 0 && mode
<=5' failed.

	Looks like the bounds checking on the number of options just needs to be
increased.
