I wasn't aware if auto fine tune is working at all. If it works so reliable
and exact I agree, that additional controlpoint setting helpers are obsolet
and only confusing.
I have some panos taken with a good tripod and a very well working nodal
point adapter - I will work on these examples to workout in practise, how
good auto fine tune works. Really nice and outstanding feature - you guys are
doing more than just pretty interfaces ;-)
