Optimizer automatically hides behind hugin main window

So do I, while finding the right pitch value for the 'reference image', if
the camera was tilted while taking the pictures. A button just to run the
optimization process would be helpful. But the need will maybe go away, if a
'horizont line selector' will be available someday ;-)
