Optimizer automatically hides behind hugin main window

ehmm, wanted to say: if the optimize window isn't separate...

I think I leave it there.

A toobar button to run the optimizer might be
a useful addition, since I sometimes change a few control points, and
optimize then and so on. Currently I have to switch to the optmizer
panel and back..
