hugin crash - switch to controlpoint tab

It's harmless, because it makes no sense to do that, but for completness:
Hugin chrashes on w2k with error message

(0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x77fa144b.
********************************************
when you start hugin and directly switch to the contolpoint tab.

Like I said, makes no sense to do so without having images loaded.
