windows compilation (0ct. 01)

Actual tarball hugin-20031001.tar.gz compiles w/o problems on w2k.
- tabs in controlpoint settings are visible
- preview doesn't flicker any longer
- reading and compiling projects works

Maybe I haven't understood this right - can somebody tell me how to reset
once optimized values?
I have a project with 7 images. I started with just 3 images (add,
controlpoints, optimize, stitch). Later I added the rest 4 images, but I'm
naot able to optimize Y,P,R for these 4?! Do I have to start the project from
scratch at this stage?
