cvs mail notification

Hi!

I've setup an email notification for the hugin cvs.
It'll send the change messages and diffs of the changes
to interested people, at the moment only me.

I haven't created an email list, since we are
just 3 active developers right now.

If somebody wants to receive the mails, drop me a note
(you need to have a sourceforge account).

This means that we developers have to be a bit
more careful what we write into the cvs log messages,
which isn't that bad, I think ;)
Personally I think that the typical message should be
in the range of 2 - 10 lines.
