The make for the PanoImage directory is not integrated in the other
makeprocess. Maybe it is good to build an own packet for it. The author
allowd us (hugin) to maintain wxPanoViewer.

I will comment out this line in huginApp.cpp . This was (as preview
window) never used because I decided to use wxPanoViewer instead.
wxPanoViewer would like an flatmode, remember the old state before
loading (fov, yaw, pitch) and switch off after mouse release. This is at
the moment second priority for me.

This is a known bug. But vetoing this crashes is for later.

Maybe there should other defaults been set.

I'am about to integrate it in the first and second tab likewise to the
ptx mockup. Is this ok for the workflow? The Optimizer would remain as a
button in the Panorama tab.
