[ptx] Separate Optimizer/Stitcher Package?

Bruno ,

can your improved ptoptimizer be used in direct replacement for the original
panotools one, or only in conjunction with the hugin ptx codebase?

Is there a compiled windows version of the your ptoptimiser anywhere for
download ?

sorry if these are daft qestions,  have been away lately and just returned
to a few thousand emails, and may not have read all posts in relation to
this.
