[ptx] Hugin 20031124 and 20031214 segfault on load of many pictures

Sounds like a problem with the image cache. As a workaround edit
~/.hugin

and increase the amount of memory it uses:
[ImageCache]
upperBound=59715200

to something like 200 MB or so.
[ImageCache]
upperBound=200000000
