[ptx] PTStitcher bug with TIFF_m and files ending with .tif

Hmm.. PTStitcher doesn't like if the output filename for TIFF_m ends with ".tif"
It will then create only one output file....

So I'd say its a bug in PTSticher, but I didn't know it so I didn't work
around it.
