[ptx] hugin website update

There are a few changes to the hugin website, hopefully they make
some kind of sense.

The download section has been re-organised into Windows, Linux and
Sourcecode sections:

    http://hugin.sourceforge.net/download/

I've also set up some scripts to generate documentation from the
sourcecode:

    http://hugin.sourceforge.net/docs/changelog/
    http://hugin.sourceforge.net/docs/api/

I think there are some things remaining to do:

 - A links page, there are other places with good links so we should
    mainly link to them.

 - More tutorials.

If anyone wants to create some content for the site, all that is
    needed is _really_ simple HTML text (<h1> <h2> <h3> <p> <img>);
the colours, layout and navigation stuff is done on the server.

 - More screenshots, some windows ones would be good. Is anyone
    actually using hugin on Windows?

 - Some news on the front page.

For the news, how about having a NEWS (or NEWS.html) file in the
source? (with README, INSTALL etc..). It would be easy to update
and can be included in the web-site automatically.
