It's configurable, though I prefer not to, since I've seen it cause lots
of problems with other lists.  There's a good argument here:

In mutt, you can just 'subscribe' to a list.  This is cool since 'r'
always replies and 'L' always goes to the list:

    subscribe ptx
    set ignore_list_reply_to
