About libpano

I just looked at the code for libpano and it looks like we could 
forget about PTStitcher, PTOptimizer and the ugly PT scripts and just
use libpano directly to create the previews and the final panorama.
No more helper apps. The only requirement will be having libpano
installed.
We can still provide a program that converts the Xpt files to PT
scripts for people who want to do that.
I'll do some more code reading later to figure out how everything
works.
