[ptx] [bug] Hugin 0.5 : Can't load image from path which contains unicode chars

Hello,

I'm working on a Linux PC and my filesystem uses UTF-8 to store path and 
filename.

With Hugin, I can't load images which are in directory with unicode chars 
(french accent) like é, à, è, ù...
The error message is like "Impossible to read image size".

Maybe, this problem is linked to wxWidgets library...
