[ptx] fulla bugs

I have some fulla tca correction parameters which seem to be ok:

  fulla  -r -0.000183:0.001241:-0.000890:1.000554 \
         -b -0.018228:0.035394:-0.021134:1.004761 \
         $@

I can also correct barrel distortion for all channels using 
predefined parameters:

  fulla -g 0.06199:-0.19226:0.15878:0.97149 $@

..but if I combine them into one command, it appears that only the 
green channel is corrected for barrel distortion:

  fulla  -r -0.000183:0.001241:-0.000890:1.000554 \
         -b -0.018228:0.035394:-0.021134:1.004761 \
         -g 0.06199:-0.19226:0.15878:0.97149 \
         $@

Also vignetting correction doesn't seem to do anything, these 
parameters which correct vignetting nicely within hugin have no 
effect in fulla:

  fulla  -c 1:0.198:-0.509:0.2 $@
