Hi everybody,

In response to Walter's request I have decided to refactor the
Colour/Brightness adjustment code out of PTmender and create a
standalone tool that is similar in functionality to enblend:
PTblender.

PTblender [options] <tiffFiles>+

Options:
-o <prefix> Prefix for output filename
-k <index> Index to image to use as a reference (0-based)
        -q Quiet run
        -h Show this message

The input are TIFF files, and the output are TIFF files. They are
expected to be all of the same size and depth (no current verification
of this is done, but it needs to be added). Of course, only 8 bit
images are currently supported.

Colour correction will still be present in PTmender, but this will
allow people to experiment with colour correction without having to
run PTmender _every_ time.

I'll soon write a tool to combine several TIFFs into a PSD file.
