I think that you're missing some headers.

Under Debian, try to install the following packages before building :
autotools-dev, libwxgtk2.6-dev, libboost-graph-dev, libpano12-dev, zip, 
zlib1g-dev, libpng12-dev, libjpeg62-dev, libtiff4-dev, libboost-thread-dev, 
libgtk1.2-dev, wx-common, libgtk2.0-dev.
