Your control-points look good.

I downloaded the JPEG and your project file, clicking 'optimise 
positions' corrected the perspective with an error of 12 pixels, 
'optimize positions view and barrel' leaves an error of only 4 
pixels.

So your project file works for me, you haven't done anything wrong.

What version of libpano12 and hugin are you using?
