[ptx] New HuginOSX Universal Developer Preview

Hi everyone,

We finally got wxWidgets-2.7.0, which claims many Intel-Mac related  
bugs. So, here is the chance:

If it runs ok, 0.6.1 release will be Universal. If it doesn't, maybe  
next time. How's that?

This is only the Intel (i386) part of Universal Binary, which would  
not run on PPC and completely untested. The file is rather big as it  
contains all the debug symbols.

So, if you could volunteer to test it, please just run through the  
usual stitching task, and let me know if it works.
