Find and click the (Adjust the anchor spot...) button in the Image tab.
In the resulting window, click in the image for a new center point for the 
entire panorama. Then run (Optimize now!) again from the optimizer tab 
and see the result in the preview window. 
If you like, you can also rotate the entire panorama by rotating the anchor 
image. 
This is done by selecting the anchor image and entering a roll value in the 
image orientation, Roll: [field], found in the images tab and optimize again.
